Numerical prediction of Joule heating effect in electric hot incremental sheet forming

چکیده

Since the deformation region involves interaction of electric-thermal-force coupling in electric hot incremental sheet forming, numerical simulation forming process is unusually difficult. Currently, thermal-force method adopted to simulate approximately whole process, and Joule heating effect often ignored. Therefore, especially significant for prediction accuracy process. In this paper, a novel considering parameters was proposed update condition instantly. Meanwhile, model contact thermal conductance established, combining geometrical electric-thermal parameters. Then high-precision finite element obtained predict region. addition this, impact superposition on temperature further analyzed, modified established forming.
